Picture Framing Training
Your framing business, like any other business enterprise can be full of challenges and pitfalls that need to be overcome.
Are you new to the industry and looking to start off on the right foot? Or are you already a working framer and want to take your business to the next level?
We all know there’s a lot more to picture framing than just four pieces of wood. Whether it’s finding out about best industry practice and the latest techniques, preparing for taking a framing qualification or improving your profitability by getting your pricing right, wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to speed up the learning process?
This is where Picture Framing Training comes in!
We are all working bespoke framers. Each of us started our own business from scratch and we now run successful and profitable enterprises. Between us we have over 150 years of combined experience… and counting.
We are all Fine Art Trade Guild Accredited trainers, and all have the GCF (Guild Certified Framer) qualification. All of us hold the three available GCF Advanced qualifications. The ‘GCF Advanced’ are specialist subject modules, and cover Conservation Framing, Textile Framing, and Mount Design & Function. There is at least one GCF examiner at each training location.
We have all been actively involved in setting industry standards, and developing best working practice. We’ve helped produce study material and CPD articles to support the GCF qualifications. We have day to day experience of successfully applying this knowledge in our own businesses.
Are we right for you?
We will be a good fit if you’re any of the following:
